Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. During high-demand periods or limited edition drops, processing may take up to 10 business days before shipping.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship globally. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
How should I care for my NIN screen-printed garments?
To preserve the quality of the print, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or hang drying.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center. We can only process cancellations or address changes if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
